They drop at any commerce. They have a very low chance of dropping from every treasure box there is.

I was at UP Diliman during the lantern parade. Stayed for a week in the Philippines. And yes, Intramuros has lovely sights, I feel sorry for the horses though.

The strength bonus does not add to the Weight Limit. Let's say that with 110 Base Strength my Max weight Limit is 5700. If I equip a non-donation Str belt (+10 all stats) then supposedly my Max Weight would become 6000 (30 weight per strength x 10 strength = 300 weight) but this is not the case. Your maximum weight limit depends only on your base strength so the stat bonuses given by strength belts do not affect your weight limit.

I actually watched and observed the whole hour of WoE. From what I saw, players were having a hard time with the guardians. I also noticed that guardians have some sort of skill that reveals cloaked people, as most assassins I saw cloaked was suddenly hit by the guardians, and they do about 5K damage on some people with I assume, 195 Aspd. And also, some people can't hit the guardians, possibly because their flee rate is high, and I watched someone fight a guardian doing like 32767 damage all the time, and not killing the guardian. Two guardians on an individual would really be a challenge. In my honest opinion, the guardian buffs were good, but it would be better if they had a downgrade of some sort since they are overpowered. Overall though, they really spiced up WoE. :)
