Yeah, flames are inevitable. So, if you instead of control, "cage" the flame, it won't spread anywhere else. Say, if you start a fire in a wooden house, the fire will spread. If you start a fire in a concealed, air tight, compact, nonburnable steel room... The fire will remain in the room and burn itself. &Yeah, from what I've noticed too from servers, Flame Sections tend to control the server more rather than have the staff try to control all the flames.

Then again, if you have no knowledge towards the class being worked on and only know how it'll affect the class you play the most negatively, you shouldn't have a say in this entire suggestion because you don't know how incredibly underpowered the High Wizards are, PvP-wise. Small pluses eventually lead to the completion of the upgrade. If you jump with one huge upgrade, imagine how it will destroy balance since it obviously wouldn't have been thought out thoroughly and tested.
