An f.dagger is a Forsaken Dagger. It's the weapon for the Assassin Cross Elite Set. Yes, you can use two of them if you're an assassin. Each class has it's own Elite Set and a quest to obtain them.

You should try doing some quests . . . There's a ton of different gear quests, including custom hats and wings, and the Forsaken Dungeon quest is a good one to do for easy yggdrasil berry hunting. Also, there's the Forsaken Elite quests for better gears and weapons. . . . or you could do what these guys suggested and collect things for zeny or to sell/trade for coupons.

Are you talking about an Elite Set?

Try changing your setup.exe. Make the game resolution smaller than your screen resolution and possibly try playing in windowed mode(if you're already using windowed mode then try full screen). If you have multiple RO servers in your Gravity folder that may cause complications as well. Try making a different Gravity folder for fRO. If this doesn't work we'll try something else.
