First Suggestion: Ninja just needs HP Boost. This is the picture of a ninja wearing 2 Taos and having 242 Vits.Still, Health Point is only 175k. Not to mention this ninja is also wearing 2 skolls (+16% hp) and RoP (+10% hp). Second Suggestion: Belzebub card currently reduces casting time by 30%. So wearing two Belzebub cards should make it 60%. Currently, instant cast is around 150 Dex, so wearing 2 Belzebubs should only need around 75 Dex, but this does not happen ingame. Please look to this matter.

Why am I still being knocked back by Arrow Repel when I wear RSX card? One of the descriptions of RSX card is that "Can not be knocked back."
