60-80 str for the yggs. What about the ad bottles? With high int and 1000-2000 bottles, that's not even enough to make somebody drop dead. Thana>Noxious, RSX>JT. 2x Abys, 1x Minorous, 1x Turtle General seems to work the best for me, if possible. For Holy/Shadow/Angel/Demon monsters, use a double Gloom armor. For fire based monsters, use a double ktullanux armor. Other than that, 2 str belts 300 str and a max SP of 5940.

You must complete the quests in order( shown here: http://forum.forsaken-ro.net/index.php?showtopic=14364 ), deviling hat being the last one. If it still doesn't work after completing the prerequisites, then must be a bug.

It sounds alright, it would bring more participants to events but would make a little extra work for GMs.

I'll agree that there is an added delay to tss/asura compared to before, but it's balanced out by the added delays to SB,AD,Spiral and others. I guess.
