    Hi! Im new to the server and i would like to know how does people get almost no aftercast delay. The Kiel cards say that more than 2 will cancel the effect, but can i use 2 kiels + 2 silver kiels? If yes then what is the easiest way to get Regular kiels? If not then how do they do it? Thanks in advance guys!
