    It is dropped by Evil Druids. You may use the commands @whodrops and @whereis to find what monster drops the item you're looking for and where the monster can be found, respectively.

    It isn't, so you're allowed to dual login. :) You won't be able to access two characters of the same account at the same time, though.

    Reset your coordinates via the Control Panel. It should return you to Forsaken City to stop crashing.

    Go to your control panel, select My Account, then click the name of your character that is stuck. Afterwards, click Reset Position. This will make your character warp back to Forsaken City to stop crashing. :)
