When i'm gonna open the game, I don't open it using patcher because I have the exact same problem. What I did to solve this issue was to open the FRO Directory(c:, program files, ForsakenRO), In there is a File called Fkenro, I use that. I created a shortcut, And placed on desktop for easy access. Now my client works fine.
