dude the story state he hung himself in the ygg tree for 9 days and night pierce by his own spear

ahh ok so the the first story line quest is the death of baldur what are the requirement to start that quest dp ineed to be a f.knight to do that because i tried talking to the stranger and he still doesn't talk to me or is that npc just wrong baldur death travel found some npc there that is not registered in official server in xxxxfild1 or fo i need to find the witch odin resurrected in the story PS: Im gonna get bald doing this quest it really stresses me out

is that one the first npc in a secret quest and is the stranger the second one. i found the stranger npc in ????fild01 but i cant talk to him why is that sorry for the grammar and typo
