Clown / Gypsy Arrow Vulcan Attack a single target with a massive amount of 9 arrows. Musical instrument or whip (currently in IRO only 1 arrow is required to use this skill). Damage is 200%+100*SkillLV% ATK, modified by cards and elements. ( -> ATK 1200% at Level 10. ) Upgrade: 1) Increase hits to 10. 2) Decrease casting. ( Sprite-wise. Remove one or two frames so it gets a bit more spammable, at least. ) Purpose: 1) Why does it even hit 9 times? o_O 2) Spammability is veeery low. Bad connection & can't play the class. Gypsy Scream / Dazzler Inflicts everything (including players) with stun within area of effect. In PvP or Guild siege area, this skill works on caster as well. Stun chance is 25% + 5*SkillLV%. ( -> 50% at level 5. ) Upgrade: Change it to Freeze / Stone Curse. ( I'd prefer Freeze ) Purpose: This skill has absolutely no use right now. Proffessor Fiber Lock Summon a spider web on a 3x3 target area to make any victim that step on it unable to move (like the Hunter skill Ankle Snare), also reduces the victim's Flee Rate by half. If this web is hit by any fire elemental skill, then the web will burn away, and cause 2x more damage than the skill itself alone would have done. You can only catch one enemy with each cast and you can not have more than 3 webs active at the same time. Upgrade: Make it no consume the web. Just like arrows. Purpose: It's so hard to farm them ( few mobs, huge map ) & takes for ever. Magic classes need a boost anyways, so. Yea too lazy to keep going. QQ http://' target="_blank">

There's nothing such as a smoker's club, where we all meet and elaborate how to pester people around us with maximal result. & Did you mean smokers look horrible or smoking people do? Maybe that's just me but I can't tell a smoker from a non-smoker at first sight so I guess you mean smoking people look horrible. Oh& you don't die when you smoke 1 cigarette. o_o No idea what the doctors have taught you all but smoking is nowhere near suicide. Why doesn't that button say ' Emos that cut themselves, please go suicide elsewhere. '? I think people complaining about smokers results from only one fact. They just need a black sheep. They can't rant about anything anymore. If you just use the words asian and nails in one sentence, you can get sued for it or if you do not call a black man afro-american but black, you get a rap on the knuckles. Why not let everything out on the smokers? Not but in all seriousness. There are worses things to complain about than smoking.

If I compare myself to the, from your point of view, typical smoker, I don't see any resemblance. Whenever I smoke, I go outside, on a balcony or to specifically marked smoker's areas. I never throw cigarettes just away. Even if there isn't an ashtray near, I step on them, and throw them into a trash bin. I always carry peppermint drops around and never smoke when I know I'll be around people that aren't smokers or just dislike it. Also, I am a very child-friendly person and would never ever smoke when children are around.

a) Of what I've expirienced, it feels like BB has a farther range but I might be wrong. b) If your enemy just uses Safety wall to counter BB, you can switch to DS in just a second and they won't be able to Pneuma ( SW ). c) If your enemy wears a GR, you can just use Immaterial Arrows which will make your damage go up by 25%.

Smoking. What about it? Does it make you less a good person? Of course it is unhealthy but isn't it their own decision? Just like other people choose to eat hamburgers like jelly beans & drink coke until their teeth fall off? It just pisses me off that everybody's trying to be so tolerant about black, yellow, white, gay, bi, religious & whatever people but then literally harrasses smokers with what bad people they are. Dear Jesus, let people live their own lives.
