I was browsing through these items I can get for my vote points, and I found this Flower Ring that gives +20 to all stats. In my opinion, it's better the the scarves you get from voting. I'm just wondering what it looks like? I hope it's nothing gayish so I don't have to change gender in game >< LOL so sorry for this >.< I must have read it wrong, so it's equipped on middle headgear. And scarf has nothing to do in the middle headgear slot, so yeah I'm just gonna get that scarf LOL. Yeah and I got my scarf, named Improved Black Scarf and doesn't even give any stats. It should give +20dex & Vit to a Sniper right? Why does it not? I'm confused, VERY CONFUSED @.@ Here's a screenshot

Not really, you just have to time the spawn right. And the MVPs have high dodge rate, or so I think. I don't really know, since I'm a sniper; have high dex.

Depends on your class, if you're a gunslinger, ninja you can't rebirth anymore

I suggest you search what mob drops an item at RMS, then type @whereis [monster name] in game to find where it spawns.

It says in the wiki that they give up +3% more HP, right here http://www.forsaken-...id=1&record=131 But why does the item in game does not have a +3% HP? EDIT: Changed the picture for more accurate description.

Is the King set and Vote set the same or it has some differences in the stats given?
