SOTW often seemed more like a drawing contest, which is NOT what making a signature is about. It's not how well you can draw, it's about taking an image and manipulating it into a signature. I don't really understand what you're saying about using already drawn art without permission... that doesn't have anything to do with the fact that drawing a picture and putting a word on it =/= making a signature. It wasn't my decision to change it but I agree with the new policy 100%.

this is a signature contest, not a drawing contest though :/ there are plenty of tutorials out there that are really helpful :]
