The preview shows each of the NPCs that are the namesake of the respective weapons (Fenrir, Hel and Loki). :) What the dagger "looks" like is depicted below, although the daggers do not have sprites due to how RO handles weapons.

All of the legendary quests are in the Knight hall. Frigg's shield is part of the storyline, so there hasn't been a guide for that released yet, but there will be. So I would wait before doing that. Although there is a guide for the Blessed/Cursed rings on the wiki, you should get fully geared with Legendary, knight, or vote f. king gear before trying to do it. The storyline is like "end of game" content. :) Also, you really don't need donation items at all since the knight/legendary gear is already excellent and only a few stat points less. You would be more than capable of PvPing and WoEing with that gear alone. The Vote King set is a great option as well and helpful. You'll want to do either the legendary avian/sacred wings quest as well as either Legendary Zodiac or LHZ aurora. It's simple: if big guilds will have the advantage, then you change your strategies and form larger guilds instead of small guilds to break last minute. The emp is not supposed to break every minute in WoE. Smaller guilds can either a) recruit players b) merge with other smaller guilds.

You enter the building through the knight hall in forsaken city. Just go up the stairs to the castle and it's on the right.

These are all really good headgear suggestions so far, but I do want to add that they should be existing sprites and not suggesting any conceptual ideas. If you say "tails" and such you need to provide us with the specific sprites, etc. :) They don't have to be old headgears, either! You are more than welcome to suggest any new/old headgears you'd like to see added as quests/vote/donation etc. and we will keep them in mind when working on updates.

So Pikachu hat, Kawaii ribbon... anything else? We're always up for adding more headgears, just need specific ones you guys want. :)
