Reading through this topic, knowing it might be a little late, but either way, here's few of my favorites for past two years, which I think u might actually like. Yumekui Merry ~ its probably the most sweet and amazing anime (beside Madoka) comming out in past months (or it's a year already? I don't really count..). The Legend of the Legendary Heroes ~ if you like a little bit of historical stuff mixed with supernaturel, you will definitely love this anime (: Dantalian no Shoka ~ this one is recent, and in my opinion as of now the only anime which caught my eye. If you have time, might aswell give it a try! The World God Only Knows ~ oh, hi, if you like romance, this will perhaps be a good anime for you too. Though you might find it childish a little bit, it's really sweet. :D Now however, for the old ones, I'd definitely go check out Munto. I loved it, though well you might find it a little old and confusing ;3

I actually do like the idea of, as you named it "housing system" - it seems quite fun to me, and maybe people would actually like it! However, I can't say if you're completely right about that that system would actually drain tokens from the economy - I mean, some people would find it useless, if you understand me. I do understand where you're comming from though, but guild buffs only last for 3 minutes as I've heard, so you can either stall the fight or you can dispell the person since many of people don't really use GTB as much, it should not be that hard to make them get rid of it. Though, enabling buffs for GvG/WoE might not sound like a bad idea, the worth of Guild Hideoud might actually fall down because of that through time, atleast I think so.
