    We raised the delay for Cicada Skin Shedding because it was too overpowered for PvP. Especially on a high rate. So, try and use illusionary shadow, but we also REDUCED the delay for Lightning Spear of Ice to make up for it.

    Not exactly. Bio Lab 3 isn't hard to beat. Just requires some teamwork or possibly yggdrasil berries. About the "fix bio lab 3" part. It isn't broken. It's like that by default.
