I think I've had the same problem before, do you have RO open? Because last time I was double clienting, there was a new patch. So when it was about to finish patching, that appeared. So yeah... do you have RO open or anything? o_O

I only jailed one person yesterday. Was the person Muxelta Something ( the something is like a word after it ), if it was, I only jailed him because he started spamming in town.

I like it. :) Except my suggestion would be that you should change the text at the top where it says ' Project Lad. ' xD It's kind of.. not matching all that well. Also you could add a border, and small sigs ftw! :) So yeah, I like the way how you did it. D:

For this tutorial, It's pretty old. It's my third tutorial. When using this tutorial, you can use renders & sprites. Also, make sure to experiment with filters, that's always the best thing to do to create more effects if you want. Also, use different brushes than the one I used to create different smudge effects, even default brushes. Enjoy! Click me For Tutorial
