Back then there were some guilds dedicated to helping out newbies. Life was easier heh. I'd help out newbies as long as they don't keep asking for items, like where to get something, how to do something etc... Make those newbie guides easier to find, and don't make them look for the npc's they need.

I hate to admit it but yeah this is kinda true... If i was a newbie in this server right now i'd probably lose interest, farming is not an option as i don't have that much free time and donating also not an option yet as i don't want to donate to a server that i'm still new at. Back then it was easier since mvp cards were actually worth more tokens.

@Centurion Haha, nowadays I doubt they get anything too, judging by the number of the new castle drops i've seen on fcity. But once they do get something, chances are, they're gonna keep it first and if that same gear drops again, that's when they might be give it out. Or sell it for tokens for more salary/gears for members, their decision, or even worse, once the guild leaders gets the gears they want they just let the guild die (disband/suddenly disappear etc...) without the members getting anything but the usual salary. Put needed gears as activity rewards not just headgears, add armors, weaps and all that and definitely auras. @Zergling This might work, i've seen about 2-3 people posting on this forum about joining this server with their friends as an entire guild, but days later they disappear, might motivate them to stick around.

@SlingerzDeluxez Well that's just an example, the point is that they get DECENT gears to help them out in whatever they do as newbies, so they can experience Fro better. @Zero25 Yeah back then there we're actual guild leaders that give out what drops, situation is right now, the guild leaders are collecting the new castle drops first before handing out extras to members. good days

If they could implement this, it's gonna be a lot of work... might not happen at all BUT, there are rumors that the new job classes for ninja and gunslingers are coming at the end of this year or early next year on Kro/Iro, so once those are officially implemented maybe it can get implemented here too. You can go google them, some information and images are already up.

Not sure if the elite set quest gears are still available, but the legendary weapons are close to the valkyrie weapons (about half the effects of valkyries) And yeah knight set is close to Fset, can be obtained via quest, just more farming x_x Also, those gears that they get upgarding the newbie gears they get (pvp/mvp soldier or something, i forgot) needs a boost, i don't even see any newbies actually getting/using those gears or maybe they don't know about those. How about giving the newbies decent (I mean, better than elite set or that set they usually get as new players) gears for a certain amount of time? Kinda like those farming tickets that disappear after a set amount of time, say the new char gets these gears, they can use it for a week or so then it disappears from inventory. (ex. a temporary F set, let them get a feel on how useful these gears are so they ''might" get motivated to work hard to getting these gears once the temporary gear disappears) And yes weapons as vote rewards, definitely agree to this.

Last i checked it drops the items needed to make the gold emperium and gold imperial helm, not the gears themselves. Woe tokens, Gold fragments and the usual red boxes.

As long as it's only removed at for_fild01 and/or at common pvp maps then yeah +1 I see some newbies leveling/exploring on different maps on fro.

+1 to this, i'd prefer a 45%-50% but this is a good start, if it works out good then it's fine. Maybe some increase to the cart termination skill and AD skill too but that's for another suggestion. (just maybe)

This would be helpful whenever I use bm command, less confusion. And a cooldown meter for the skills will really be helpful, but what about those skills and items that doesn't show an icon on the side (Aura Blade, Box of Sunlight etc...)? Shoul make some icons for those first! Anyways +1 to this Edit: These stuff are from the renewals right? Maybe they should just implement those helpful new stuff from the renewals (except 3rd classes ofc, and other unfair/op things)

Having one implemented would be helpful, but not necessary... What would really be awesome are new tabs for the equipments in storage, not just 'equip' for all gears, different tabs: 'headgears', 'armors', 'cloaks', 'weapons' etc...

Haha, glad to see i'm not the only one who's thinking about it! Also a new suggestion! but i don't know what the end result of this would be, +3 all stats would be unfair to the imperials, and anything more than that is just OP, and it kinda sounds like the imp token would be wasted on an fhelm, why not just use the imperial helm instead of changing it to a token for the fhelm, but as any suggestions it can be discussed!

Same process as the valkyrie expansion hats, use an imperial token to boost the current imperial valkyrie helms(+3 all stats) to limited edition (+5 all stats) Obtaining these (imperials) are more expensive than the other valkyrie expansion hats, yes, this can be discussed, maybe change the process of obtaining it, point is, to be able to use a limited edition version of the imperial valkyrie hats. The other imperials (blue, white, teal, azure etc...) should have the optional boost too right? they are pretty hard (or expensive, if you buy one) and it's a bit disappointing for something that expensive to fall a bit short when it comes to stats. The other imperials (if not all) are more expensive than most of the already limited edition expansion valkyrie hats. I'm not saying that the imperial valkyrie helms look better than the expansion hats (no offense to the creators, promise!), but for those who has the tokens to want to grab, say an entire azure set (for the looks while they kick ass at whatever they do) don't they deserve the option to boost the imp? Yeah some might say it's only an additonal 2 more stats, not that helpful for some classes, maybe even say why bother grabbing a limited ed. imperial valk when you can grab a cheaper non-imperial limited expansion hat, true, but let's just see first what everyone else has to say to this, just a suggestion!

Ah ok, thanks! I understand the disabling of the leap skill, but the snap skill, it was fine before, wondering what was the reasoning for the disabling of this? And like Perishable said, why wasn't this done before? Oh well, I guess i'll just see how this goes next woe and 2.0 Thanks for the clarification!

Same disability? Not sure what kind of disabilities you're talking about, last 2.0 snap was still enabled i beilieve (also backsliding but not for american woe). Can you tell me what other things were changed on woe? Alright!

I don't know if anyone else noticed but last weekend woe the snap skill (champs) doesn't work in castles, I didn't see any news about this or if this is some kind of update. Also PvP is enabled again in thana_boss, also not sure if this is permanent or just a bug. I heard from my friend that the server went down for a while days ago so this might be because of that? Not sure, just want clarification if it's a bug (and will be fixed or what?) or a permanent update.

Disagree... Safety wall is one of the most important defense strategies in woe. You wouldn't be having this problem if you're not going in the castle by yourself, if you're a solo breaker then you should already know this risk, some solo breakers already have strategies against safety wall. And if you're arguing that it's not fair to solo breakers then thats your problem since woe was meant to be played in guilds(groups/parties/teams/backups etc...) which would help you in these kinds of situations (and yes there are a lot of solo breakers nowadays, but most of the knows the SW problem too and knows how to deal with it) If you are in a guild, well, try not to go in a castle by yourself, or if you want, change your gears/stats a bit to be able to kill the said safety wall caster. Sorry i'm not trying to be mean I promise!

True, the price is high for some of these capes, something that is just an alternative to sacred wings/balloons/rucks for some classes, I agree to make it more universal, this won't destabilize the capes... for now, but in the long run, the prices of capes will definitely go down fast(maybe this is unavoidable, happens to most items) because you can get a different cape as long as you have 1, the demand will decrease. Being able to trade a cape for a different cape would make the prices of all the capes the same(somewhat) since you can trade them via npc, which also means all the capes prices will go down the same if it happens(prices going up won't be an issue yet, an item like this cape will only go down in price eventually) or something like that, not sure if i explained it good enough. Buffing the capes would definitely make it more appealing, but yeah it, would it be available for everyone? Still no, it's price would probably go up, demand for it would go up. So I'll have to agree with Sessions idea, capes for certain classes (4 class for each cape etc..). This way not all the capes will go down in price(hopefully), and having a single cape would be useful for more than 1 class, if not all classes.

1 - Disagree with this, @warp command is used a lot in many ways, doing this would just lead to headaches :/ (like the 'you can't type this for more than 3 times' from before) 2 - Not sure if @noks actually works, i still get KSd whenever i use this 3 - errr, what they said 4 - Yup definitely agree to this 5 - I'm pretty sure this was enabled before as it was part of the official RO, but just disabled since it wasn't really that helpful, in which case maybe this can be enabled again for some players (an option or something, somewhere)
