Experiment with different builds with a dex base. For example, a more heavily vitality-based build might work better for you than a heavily intelligence-based. It might take a while to browse, but look for things that you think would be useful, including dex-adding cards. Equipment, just look in the mall in fcity. If one of the guns seems good to you, get it. Again, try experimenting with this. That's the best way to form your character :)
