Margarine Posted January 23, 2009 Report Posted January 23, 2009 Suggestion 1: The stylist should have a back button: When you're browsing through the colors, but accidentally miss the one you like, there should be an option to go "back". As far as I know, scrolling through 300 something palettes takes a life time. Instead of going back to palette zero and browsing for another hour, a back button would help a whole lot. Suggestion 2: Identifier NPC pls: I'm a pack rat and I autoloot all the time, everytime. It gets really annoying to sit there with 29837432 magnifiers identifying my loot. Yes, I know that it shows the name of the item even before you identify, but there are some freakazoids like me who like to store everything I get into my guild storage for my friends to use. I think many people would appreciate it. Suggestion 3: Have a monster that drops heart of mermaids in Forsaken Dungeon: It takes a lot of effort to get the pass, it also takes a lot of effort to hunt for the mermaid hearts. Unless you want to sit there and open OBBs and hope you get a mermaid heart, you can try to grind in Izlude dungeon for a couple hours killing Obeaunes with a spawn rate of 40, hunting the goddamn hearts. Why not add it to the Forsaken Dungeon? There's monsters that drop ygg berrires that are high in demand. Glistening coats are also high in demand, but no one makes them. Why? Because it takes a fucking long time to hunt for the mermaid hearts. I think it would balance out the glistening coat economy very well, so implement some monsters in Forsaken Dungeon that drops them please :3 Suggestion 4: Have a time constraint when deleting characters: All right, I'm not going to lie. I deleted me and my boyfriend's characters a month ago because I was PMSing (Something I wish I didn't do :<). Sometimes people get hacked and what's the first thing the hackers do? They rape their storage and delete the characters so there would be no item log. Instead of being able to delete characters so easily, there should be a time constraint placed. Say, a window would pop up that informs the character, "Your character will be meditating for 3 days, after 3 days this character will be deleted permanently. Yes/No". During these 3 days, the player will be unable to log into the character unless he/she "restores" it with a button. This would be hard to script, I admit, but if one of the devs can do it I would be thoroughly impressed. Anyways, back to the topic. Thus, if people are hacked, (or having emotional problems that causes them to destroy everything they own!), they could possibly reverse the damage and go back after one or two days and restore the character (along with their items). Suggestion 5: @ali2, @ali3, or even @ali4: I want to autoloot more than 2 things at once.
Sorrow Posted January 23, 2009 Report Posted January 23, 2009 1.Good idea. Going back during the extensive browzing to get back to a collor you liked would be great help. But while it doesn't happen, check the number of the palette you just saw and liked in the dialogue box, try to set this number in the other of the stylist's options("i know what i want"). 2.This idea would be good as well, but would only be pratical if the NPC identified ALL your unidentified itens in one go. Wouldn't mind a small fee in zenny for it. 3.No way. Yggdrasil berries are survival in here, FCP is "caprice" and is already pretty annoying as is(being a spellcaster i NEED to strip a damn shield in order to try and win), i would certainly hate if FCP gotten even easier to obtain, paying 3 coupons for 100 bottles is already a very fair price to them. 4.Could be a good idea also, only problem would be deal with 9 slots full of chars and you want to delete a particular one to make one you're going to try next and have to wait 3 days to be able to do it but wells, could be great help in hacking cazes.
Amitsu Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 i like all o them should be like 1 day cuz i'd get annoyed when i want to start like a character but then i wanna remake with the specific name then i have to wait 3 days before leveling up the character which would suck.
Lucius Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 First and foremost, I am not that good of a word smith and I suck ass at writing so I'll try to keep this short- Suggestion 1: The stylist should have a back button: When you're browsing through the colors, but accidentally miss the one you like, there should be an option to go "back". Yggs are different. Hunting is easy too. 4: Nah, what if you need space immediately? You're going to wait 3 days to create a character you want on that account?

Forum~ Posted January 25, 2009 Report Posted January 25, 2009 1. Agree. I'm really impatient so i tend to click really fast when going through different styles. Then I miss the style i like and...yeah. a suggestion to you for the time being, i recommend you just go really fast and when you see something you like, you can exit and do the "I know what i want" option and just -5 from whatever number you were at and slowly input until you get the one you want. (confusing, just reread it ;D.) 2. Agree. Omg i remember this in mah old server... 3. No. it will imbalance classes that rely on strip in part of their tactic if everyone fcps (stalkers) . 4. Neutral. The idea is good but most people delete accounts for space or to give the new class the same name as the previous one. Great in hacking cases or if you accidentally deleted the wrong account.
Kuyuti Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 I will just Address Number 3: To all the people who disagree with the fact that FCP should not be a commodity. Guess what it already is! Lol. Everyone uses it and it is on the same exact level as Yggs it is Survival truth be told even without Yggs it would be the same... So lol who said Yggs are Different and what not. I don't think Hearts should drop as fast as Yggs do but Adding a % chance in their would be nice. People work their butts off for the Dungeon Passes. You could probably even make a second level that drops Mermaid hearts and you have to earn the second level pass which would be another pain in the butt quest to get... And you could even throw in another MvP that could Drop as useful card O.o; Like a .02% Chance to Drop a card with this Description : Allows GTB Bypass XP Lol.... Anywho... Just another Idea. But regardless people have FCP and use it in PvP rooms woe this won't effect a thing but the price of Glitering Coats :)
Millenia Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 If you have trouble hunting heart of mermaids, simple solution: Holden card combo. snap.
Lacey Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 I say that the only one we actually need Is Number 1, The use of the other 3 is slim if not useless and will find more people without a need for 2-4 people would more likely make a new char and want to use Stylist and with so many Pallets OMFG I SCREWED UP AND PASSED MY COLOR... I think that the server could use a few things myself. #1 If The WOE maps are going to remain Unactive we should Move an entire WOE map outside of Fcity and give us 5 Castles I see Guilds Daily being made and The more Castles The funner WOE in the long run #2 Also WOE should be a tad Longer on Saturdays, Saturday is peak for players to be active and there would more likely be enough players to fill the said 1 map, The extended WOE isnt So much a bad thing Because If you hold a castle for the extended time it shows who is who On the server. #3 Less Events and More prizes in said events that are taking place, I notice alot of Events and really I think if more prizes and less events More people will participate Its not giving them extra Prize, Its compasation for the few Events taking place in a day, The Problem Is that GMs may not get overwhelmed with player problems and questions, but if the event arise that some one should need help more then Likely the GMs are in the middle of an Event.

Millenia Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 couldn't you just buy the ad pots.. i mean heck where the hell did i get those 500 ad pots again without hunting. lol AD =/= FCP o_o
Margarine Posted January 28, 2009 Author Report Posted January 28, 2009 BUMP, added another suggestion OHOHOHOHO
Kusanagi Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 number 1: Of course im up for it xP number 2: sure why not ... number 3: NO, at least not in the way you sugested it. number 4: Good Idea for sure but yeah its hard to do... number 5= HURRY UP AND DO IT I say that the only one we actually need Is Number 1, The use of the other 3 is slim if not useless and will find more people without a need for 2-4 people would more likely make a new char and want to use Stylist and with so many Pallets OMFG I SCREWED UP AND PASSED MY COLOR...
