Yusuke Posted September 12, 2008 Report Posted September 12, 2008 That's what I usually do , the gms are lazy to answer or whatever , so spam like @request hey , 3 times then if no one answer , again until they answer lol , it always works if a GM is online , and if he is and not answering , then he is afk or if he was just lazy to answer , report it. we need good gms , not lazy ones.

Give a good advice. they are not allowed to jail/mute for that , it's not our problem that they are lazy to answer so spam just twice and then if no one answer , spam more. if you get jailed or muted , report to gen or zeit.

Trochilidae Posted September 12, 2008 Report Posted September 12, 2008 Yusuke, you should stop seeing us GMs as your personal slaves. You, yourself, have seen what happens if you behave like that. It is definitely not necessary to spam the @request command. You can send it once and if you do not get an answer within ~2 minutes, you can send it again. If a GM is online and does not respond to your message, then there's always a reason for that. Either he / she is afk, so he / she will answer as soon as he / she returns, he / she is busy with other @requests or whatever. So be sure, you will be helped if you send an @request. It's not about how often you send it. If those people in the GM Team wouldn't want to answer people's questions, they wouldn't have applicated to become GM.
Genesis Posted September 12, 2008 Report Posted September 12, 2008 Use the support board, being a GM is a voluntary work, we are not paid to do this, we aren't anyone's bitches, Yusuke. During events we get spammed with PMs or @requests by well over 30 people; it becomes hard to answer them all at once.
