Fairy Tail

A guild with no responsibilities or commitment; a place where independent people can find purpose and enjoyment.

Requirements:

  • LVL 255: Put some effort into your own character.
  • Must be INDEPENDENT! Don't expect to be spoon fed any help here. You're responsible for your own strength and equipment.

Tentative Rules:

  • There is no obligation between guild members. You can kill one another if you so choose. A guildmate is seen as just another individual (which encompasses both friend and foe).
  • There is no obligation for a guild member to help another guild member. If they decide to help, it's of their own volition. Don't nag or beg.
  • No drama on guild chats. Keep personal conflicts "personal" when they arise.
  • No ganging unless otherwise outnumbered. If you seek to be a proud member of Fairy Tail, there is no need to rely on numbers to defeat a foe. Ganging only accomplishes tarnishing the reputation of the guild and its members.

WOE:

  • THIS IS NOT A WOE GUILD! Any member of Fairy Tail may choose to WOE out of their own decision (for fun or to help another guild). But as our own entity, we will not be actively seeking to win the castle. This way it is left up to the individual to do as they please, and no commitment or pressure is placed on members.

Hey John, being a good friend and all, I'll join on my wiz... only if you can answer this question.

What makes this guild different from all the other guilds? The rules are somehow similar to other guilds, so why don't I join another guild?

I had thought most guilds require commitment: i.e. don't kill other guildmates, make it to woe, help each other, yadda yadda. I made this guild because I wanted to just be a "free agent" with no guild commitments or responsibilities. One day I can help Tran and his "rice pickaz," and another day I can help Elysium and my friends in that guild. Or perhaps I could face them both just for fun, etc.

Since some people have expressed some interest, I am just opening it up to other people who seek the same kind of carefree, "do my own thing," kinda guild. It really doesn't matter if people join or not.

How is this different than not being in a guild at all? I guess it really doesn't differ from being guild-less in the big scheme of how I plan this guild. But I hope that in the long run, the guild name will bear its own meaning and recognition.

That's because I was the only member for most of it's existence. We did win GvG once though.

We have acquired a few more members yesterday, so ask anyone in the guild for invite if you see them. I'll be on this weekend due to veterans day holiday, and probably on for Thanksgiving holiday also.

We'd be happy to have you, Shawn. You're a celeb; you'll instantly draw new members.

Edit: 3 GvG wins, W00t
