Terminus Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 The animated version sucks anyways. They delay it like how Goku takes 5 episodes to power up, and 18 episodes to throw a huge ball of energy. That's why, I stick to the manga. It's better, no spoilers, and no fillers.

Terroryst Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 Every episode after the part when Naruto and Sasuke fight is a filler, so I skipped that crap. Lol. And yeah, what Terminus said is true. They take frikken forever to continue with the true storyline. Mangas are good, but it sometimes gets boring when you have to catch up by like 50 volumes, so I just stopped reading Naruto totally, my brother just informs me if anything cool happens.

Not only has there been little filler, there also has hardly been a flashback-of-previous-episode-ten-times-in-ten episodes so far. Amazing eh? I'm going to read the manga anyway, been planning on it, just need to put the time in to find a good site. So far I've only read part of it, but as soon as I actually take the time I'll read the rest. I've got loads of others I need to catch up on as well :/

It is true they do not get anything our of subbing it but I highly doubt they would drop it. This reminds me of when they "stopped" subbing Bleach because people were posting it on youtube.
