GarmHat & DragonAura?

it took me whole week to collect all the item but the next thing i knew they dont have any effect.....why other head gear have effect but not garm hat and dragon aura

Did you try right clicking on the item itself?
{It should tell you the items range, any catalyst if needed, what it does, what level you have to be, what classes can use it, and it's description.} ^.^

If you still don't know, Dragon aura gives +5 stats, and if I'm not mistaken Garm hat gives Bonus agi and vit +10.
