If it's just an announcement to warn others that the Applications are openned then the topic should be closed since the start and any question fowarded to a GM via. PM Messages. Theres not much to say in this thread except for ' I'm trying out for GM !!! ' or something like that which seems relatively stupid. (Yes I announced that I tried out but whats stupid is the fact that saying that is basically all you could say here). Threads like this should remain closed and bumped up by GMs themselves in order to promote it nonetheless probably have it signatured saying; ' GM Applications Reopenned - Click here to sign up ! '. Leave a topic this important openned and it's just a call for spam.
