Eregon Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 I have seen people KS others, been the victim of KSing and have had guild members KSed by others. One of my guild mates asked TWO GMs about KSing and BOTH said it was legal. I've read the rules (counting today) 5 times, and each time it has always said this: Kill stealing: (only exception is naturally spawned MvPs) Known regularly as 'KS' (e.g. KSer, KSing). Even though the server is on Player Kill mode, we do not allow Kill Stealing. First offense: -Warn. -Compulsory return of any rare items looted. Second offense: -Muting 10 minutes -Compulsory return of any rare items looted. Third offense: -1 hour jail -Compulsory return of any rare items looted. (note: If player fails to return items, the account will remain banned until all items are retrieved.) Link to the Rules for those who haven't read them: http://forum.forsaken-ro.net/index.php?showtopic=16 Now I ask, if the Rules say that KSing is illegal, and NO ONE is above the Rules in a server, including GMs if I remember correctly. Then both GMs would have been wrong, and must not have been knowledgable about the Rules of the server. My main question I suppose is this. Is KSing Legal or Illegal, and if illegal, then why did no one take action when it was reported by my guild mate twice to two different GMs?
