Of course, proper grammar comes in place, but that's something I revise from regular posts (If available) and in-game. Mastery of the language would be the best since the GM could handle various conversations at a time, which is a good pro. However, all in all, we do accept people with a moderate language mastery since it's one of the variables we consider to hire someone for GameMaster. Finally, I don't believe a few misspelled words is a good way to qualify a person's mastery of the language. I believe some people involved in the discussion are just looking for some foundations for their hate arguments. Which, may I add, are completely unnecessary to the topic.

I'm sure they will do fine, GMs have been announced previously on the forums if I recall correctly.
