Game Randomly minimizes constantly

So the game started doing this today where it will randomly minimize to windows. 

No other programs are running, reset the computer multiple times and reinstalled the game a few times to no luck fixing the issue. 

Any suggestions or ideas on why the game keeps minimizing randomly?
