Game loads and hangs on the loading screen

Please HELP!! every time i start the game i login, select my character and the game freezes on the loading screen itself. I tried resetting my position that doesn't help either

WHAT DO I DO, ITS FRUSTRATING

Do you have a small video or screenshot showing what exactly is happening? That would help us troubleshoot the issue.
