ForsakenRO Installer does not seem to be working

I have tried downloading ForsakenRO Full Client (All_In_One_v8.3.zip) and also extracted the files into a folder. If I try to open the installer itself, nothing happens but it runs on the background as seen from my task manager. Have I been doing something wrong?

I am running on Windows 10 by the way.

Try downloading DirectX(it's a Microsoft driver) sometimes Windows 10 updates itself and it doesn't have the proper drivers for older games such as RO. Here's a link

Had the same issues a couple of weeks ago.

I downloaded the driver and installed it but the problem still persists. Thank you for the help!
