problem to load the game

after the Gepard Shield load up the window flash pop up and gone. 

the game failed. 

can someone help me?

i did use adminstrative to install the game and open the game as well. but it doesnt work

BTW i download ALL in one file.

and i already have a stalker played last night and now i want to play it again make another character but it can't load like what it was before!

i vote also i have a nice connection also i also follow the instruction to trouble shoot this thing

nothing happen after all
