Hi. Just want to ask why is my account got band? i dint do anything wrong. i only play for just a few hours hunting bosses to start my account. This is what i get?

You'll need to file a ticket. You should also not be telling people your username in a public forum.

As I explained, we aren't going to handle the case in a publicly visible topic. You have to file a ticket. Also, creating a new account (starilou) to start drama on, isn't going to help your ban appeal.
