can't install it in my PC

please help me, is there someone know the way to fix the file? since i cant install the file after i finish download it on pc, but it works fine in my friends laptop. thanks

The first screenshot signifies the user you are using on your computer does not have administrator privileges, which is why it is telling you it required elevation.

i already download the full patcher and small patcher, after that i extract all file. i try to install fRO-AIO-setup but when i finish there is something like "unable to execute file" always come up. is there anything to fix it or should i give up play fRO in my pc?

i have tried the recommended fix 

 but still its white screen then i tested to troubleshoot recommended settings and Vista service pack 2 for fkenro.exe but for the setup.exe the recommended was xp service pack 3 still it wont do good i am using windows 10

for the Forsaken RO Patcher i can not find the compatibility settings
