Mouse Latency When Moving

Hey all,

 

does anyone else experience serious latency when you're just trying to walk from point a to point b? My internet speed is usually always 60ms when I play other games like league or overwatch, so no issues there. Not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this or not. Or, if there is a workaround for this. Thanks for reading!
