Full screen stuck on loading page

Hello, I just install the small installer, after adding : binkw32.dll, IJL15.dll,  mss32.dll and granny2.dll on the folder of the game, I have the error :

I tried to install the All_in_One version but I can't decompresse it :

I redownloaded the all in one and install it, I did compatibillities on windows 7 because of white screen, but now when I play in full screen mode, the game stuck at loading pages and it's impossible to close it
