I tried this "Fix White Screen on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1" and didn't work. Please help

This question has been asked a billion times, and answered a billion and two times. You need to grant Windows the appropriate permissions to set what resolution and graphic card for the game to use. This can be done using this method:

 

Once you have done that, you can open setup.exe and set the gpu and resolution. If neither appear, then you are missing video card drivers. Just install those and try again.

Hi,

Try search for setup.exe in the fRO folder and run as admin. You will see the option to change your screen resolution. Just select which one is suitable. Hope this helps.

Didn't work any screen resolution

I have windows 10

when i had that prob on new pc win 10 as well .... RO is an old game so i did compatibility to win 7 (even if my comp runs on win 10) and it fixed the problem ...... if doesn't work then prob wait for an answer from gen he might have an alternative for this  xD

Yup, exact same problem, I've played private servers on and off since 2002 it always houses a lot of complications..  I've tried every type of compatibillity and allowed administration settings, I've tried many screen resolution settings,  video card settings etc. 

Still that damn window, and I installed from a fresh download ?
