"null" names

Hi there! I'm a returning player to ForsakenRO after being away for like... 7, 8 years? Maybe more?

Anyways, I've run into a major issue with having played so long ago...

All my character's names have disappeared in-game. Every character on my accounts are named named "null", although elsewhere in-game(like guild) I'm able to see what they were called. Is there any way for me to have my names restored?

Names were recycled a while ago. You'll need to remake the characters.

So there's no way I can salvage my characters? That kinda blows... :\

Also me my 2 account banned 2009 to 2017...and now already unbanned but all my character and my item lost...I dont have blacksmith name "NULL"...
