Newbie into the path of High Wizards

Good day! Uhm, I have little experience in this game(Ragnarok itself) so that makes me inexperienced  terms of being a mage on the path of being a high wizard. I'm quite not sure which skills should I get. I found a build, stats, and cards guide for an aspiring HW here in this server, but in terms of skills, how should I spend my skill points? And if you could give me some tips on playing HW/Wizard/Mage itself that would be very helpful. Thank you so much. :)

you can get all the skills and there are still extra skill points, for farming use Storm gust and Lord of Vermilion (if the target is frozen)
