mobster card for crit sinx

i have read a couple of guides here and i never saw any mention of mobster card. wouldnt that be useful on a crit sinx since it saves stat points from luk and gives a damage bonus?

Because The Paper card is more viable and since this is high rate, it is easily attainable.

Mobster Card [Weapon] 

Inflict 15% more damage with Critical attacks.
[Thief Class]
Critical Rate + 4

             VS

The Paper Card [Weapon]

Inflict 20% more damage with Critical attacks.
Drain 1 SP from its owner on each attack.
[+ Wanderer, Wild Rose, Shinobi & Dancing Dragon Card]
AGI + 5
STR + 5
Intimidate Auto-Spell will not function.
Increases Attack Speed by 5%.
Movement Speed + 5%
Gain 1 SP every time when attacking.
[Thief Class]
Allows its user to use certain skills without spending Gemstones.

With regards to the crit rate, max ASPD is easily attainable here since this is 255/255 so critical proc rate is almost always there.

Using Mobster card won't really save you any stat points since if you are fully geared you won't really need to put much on Luk since there is Ifrit card plus the fact that crit type gears for SinX gives you most of the Luk and Crit rate you need.
