What makes you think that error is caused by "secondary programs" in the first place? Jokes aside, what kinda graphics card you running? My friend has the same and he plays about 9 years of ragnarok - So, I don't think a secondary programs will help him with 9 years of Ragnarok xp :P Windows 8.1 doing that annoying thing
