Can't find DbgHelp.DLL !!!

Hi there, I need help about the error in the title....

I change from normal Ro to fRO a one days ago, I was able to install, to create character and to login in the game, I can also @go to every "normal " map, but when I try to go to @go0 or other other custom map it gives me this problem....
