Help With Screen Resolution!

Can somebody help me with this? I tried to change my resolution but it doesn't have any options available! HEEELP!

Before that, click on reg icon at bottom left, apply and ok, close opensetup and open again, it should allow you to select a resolution after that

Please use setup.exe, not open setup.
