Blink32.dll File Not Found Please Help

hi im new to RO and tis is the first time installing the game i keep getting a file missing blink32.dll i have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it twice and nothing seems to change the problem i have also took this file from the original game and replaced the file with the same result and also downloaded it from a sourced web sight with the file please can some one help as i really want to play the game but dont know how to solve the issue above.
