Expanded Super Novice ?

Hey I am new here and I rly like to become an expanded super Novice but is it available at this Server?

Seems like Super Novice Players have a hard Time here. You cant get the "Angel Wing Dagger" nor complete the super novice Quest (http://irowiki.org/wiki/Super_Novice_Expansion_Quest)

Or do i have to play to lvl 255?

Expanded supernovice is equal to third jobs. We don't use third jobs as those here as they are extremely imbalanced. Our supernovices are balanced in a different way. They receive major HP buffs with the tao gunka card to make up for their weaknesses (which is their HP obviously.)
