By making it? same process as making Rings, Jackets and Scarfs but with an additional Sacred Wing of your choice. Therefore: Infernal Cape + Sacred Wings [color depends on the Sacred Wing your using] + Raids & Quest = Sacred Wing of the Damned / Divine What do you think? I do like the suggestion and most of people back then also liked the idea. But if I remember correctly, the reason as for why this suggestion can't be implemented is it would take time to make this happen and they prefer to go for another suggestion that not time consuming or bigger update that give a plenty of change compared to this one. But, if by any chance this suggestion is possible to implement, I do hope to see this suggestion got implemented.
