Here's a situation, a person traded you an LKH making you think that its the valk expansion one although its the questable HG, and this is an example of scamming. We usually have new Valk Expansions, but if you don't like how customized they are (it's actually beautiful and unique most of the times), then feel free to suggest a headgear sprite suitable for you and the community's taste, and who knows, it might get implemented on the next update.
