all attack skill for homunculus are bugged or has a problem that is why attack skills doesn't work...... it has been has for quite a number of times now... and i don't know why or if they have already fixed that problem, this is only to what i know... by the way this link will tell you more on your problem

Actually most homun except lif are buggy. But you are really not missing anything. Most of the homuns are useless in a high-rate environment. I still prefer lif due to emergency escape.
