Looking To Play Again, Need Help

So I've played Forsaken RO for quite a while until sometimes in 2008/2009. I'm thinking of playing again but I can't retrieve my password for some reason. When I fill out my username and email address it says they're not matched. I'm not sure why that is. Interestingly, I was able to log on to forums using the password I normally use but not onto my account in game.

Can any admin/GM help please?
