saril001 Posted May 26, 2015 Report Posted May 26, 2015 why my kiel card dropped and when want pick it back on then ground its disappear? but my invetory still have so many slot. did i still have a chg to get it back? im using payon kafra.

If not then you must've exceeded the item limit on your inventory that's why it dropped (as I recall, you can only have 100 of different items on your inventory), it will disappear in a matter of seconds by the way if you weren't able to pick it up. You should have counted the number of items you have, because even if it seems like there are still slots left, you cannot pick/loot anything anymore because you have exceeded the number of items limit. Hmmm, you can't really use the decard option if you're atleast 50% of your weight. I'm not sure about having item count limit, but you will be warned to make sure that you have enough space in your inventory when you avail the de-card-ing services. You should've taken a screen shot when it happened so you can make a ticket for it.

If you don't have any screenshot, then the chances of getting your kiel back will be low, since you'll need proofs, but you can still try and file a ticket or contact Jorge ([GM]Genesis). This message will show up once you are exceeding the item limit, and you are trying to pick up another item. and for saril001, there is a warning when you decard your gears. You should've read it, but anyways, we are the same because I lost 300 Iron for the L.weapon quest (I also have exceeded the 100 item limit), I just farmed back the 300 Irons since I didn't have any ss anyways.
