Failed To Connect Q_q

I CANT LOGIN

My last login was during 2.0 WOE then I went to work after it. Once I got home at around 11PM PH time I wasn't able to login anymore. I am able to access other sites and forsaken-ro.net as well. When I ping the server(forsakenserver.net), it only prompts a "Request timed out". I tried a tracert to forsakenserver.net as suggested by Seraphine and by the 2nd line it also prompted a "Request timed out" until it reached upto 30 hops. I tried logging in a local comp. shop and I was able to login the game.

I think its not my ISP as I am able to access other sites. I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to networking but my assumption is that it is one of the hops that connect me to the server. Any ideas on this?

ISP: BayanTel

On topic:

Its monday morning now and im still not able to connect

Tried tracert again and somewhat it improved, 1-7 responded but the 8th hop upto 30 still gave me RTO

Continuous ping to the server gives me the same results
