I have collected all the items needed and gave the items to Legendary ammo NPC. and it says that I should go to Elite ammo creator. then The NPC is not there. Then I go back to the Legendary ammo NPC and says I need to get another Items. but I've already give it. so how can I recover my items?. or how can I get legendary arrows. if I can't see the elite ammo creator @ ein_in01 19 87. Please help me.
